ALUMNI CLASS OF 2004
We are filled with gratitude today as we welcomed back a group of our proud St. Anthony’s alumni ahead of the Term Two games kicking off tomorrow. Anthony Karanja, Elisha Kiprotich, Collins Lusweti, and Kishan Meisuria returned not only with memories of their time here, but with a generous spirit that speaks to the heart of what it means to be a Saint.

These former students, who remain staunch supporters of our boys, brought with them dozens of playing boots and training jerseys to equip the team for the battles ahead. The donation was officially handed over to our Senior Principal, Mr. Simon Masibo, in the presence of Football Patron Mr. Edgar Manyara and Mr. Hilary Samoe. Their visit was a powerful reminder that the bond forged at St. Anthony’s never breaks, even long after graduation.
Addressing the team, the alumni shared words that came straight from the heart. They reminded the boys to wear the jersey with pride, to play with heart, and to give everything on the pitch because here, the fight never stops until the final whistle. They encouraged the team to carry the name of the school with honor and assured them that the alumni stand firmly behind them all the way to Morogoro, Tanzania.

Principal Masibo received the gesture with deep appreciation and spoke warmly to both the visitors and the students. He noted that this act of generosity reflects the true spirit of St. Anthony’s alumni who grow, succeed, and return to lift the next generation. He thanked Anthony, Elisha, Collins, and Kishan for reminding our boys what it means to be part of this brotherhood, and called on more alumni to follow their example. To the current students, he affirmed that St. Anthony’s is not just a school but home, and that there is no better place to be right now than here, growing, learning, and chasing excellence together.
To our entire St. Anthony’s alumni community, this is an invitation to come back and invest in the boys who will carry our legacy forward. Whether through resources, mentorship, or a word of encouragement, your support makes a real difference.
To the team, go out tomorrow and play like champions. Fight to the end, because for St. Anthony’s, the end stops at Morogoro. Once a Saint, always a Saint.
